Hi I read your article and i just came down with GERD two weeks ago. I was diagnosed yesterday with it and a Hioanal Hernia. Thye did not find any Ulcers. They took a biopsy and will let me know next week.

Is there any thing i can take that i can get at Whole foods or a health store? All i eat now is Oatmeal Organic...is this ok?
