Hi again,
Thanks for the advice Newport and JAB, your help is much appreciated. The virus is going down! Just one thing JAB, regarding probiotics, i've read that taking probiotic powder such as acidophilus is pointless as the bacteria are destroyed by stomach acids, I know there are some capsules that claim to deliver straight to the small intestine for proper absorption, is this true or just a marketing gimmick?
