I've been having acid reflux. I went to the doctor once and she gave me a prescription for generic Omeprazole. I also tried the 2-week Prilosec from the store, but my heartburn came back. I went through a period of 2 weeks where I was taking one Pepcid Complete in the morning and one at night with very little effect.

I decided to try to find another solution, and if it didn't work I'd go back to the doctor. I figured out something that seems to be working well for me-- no Pepcid or anything for about three weeks now!

If anyone's interested, I will describe what I'm doing. But in return, I'll ask you to let me know (1) if you try it, (2) if it works for you, and (3) if you decide to tell other people how to do it, please let them know what it's called and that they should contact me and tell me whether it's working for them.
