Im planning on seeing a Naturopath soon, but right now i just cannot afford it.

I tend to have Hypothyroid like symptoms, and also possible fibromylgia type symptoms. All self diagnosed, of course not 100% certain.

i have leg pain often but here is something i experienced last night.

My pain is in the upper legs thigh region, its an aching feeling. And "bruisy" feeling. Ecspecially to the touch. Even very light massaging hurts. Sometimes I use hot damp towels for short term relief. Last night though I had what felt like a metal rod going through my neck (stiff neck/shoulders) which is very common for me. But my leg pain really was rough. Its aching bruisy feeling.

Of course i am on my cycle right now, so aches and pain s tend to me much more prevalant, but its not only during my cycle, just worse during.

Anyone have any ideas, suggestions, etc etc...

Thanks so much for reading.. as i was in huge pain last night and couldnt sleep, i finally had to get up and take a few Excedrin (which is something i dont normally do but ijust needed some temporary relief)
