While I think you were trying to be helpful with your post, it really is off topic. I didn't ask for nutrition help nor should you assume I don't understand nutrition or what to do after a fast. That is a bit pompous of you. This is a FASTING forum, is it not? It is the Master-Cleanse forum, not the Diet Forum . I just want to know how the Master-Cleanse differs from a regular juice fast. THANKS
