Thanks, that's encouraging. I actually think that what I am using now to get the heavy metals(COF-EX from dnrsite.com) out is working in my brain, too. I definitely have to stop eating grains, too, though, to get the maximum, most expedient effect.
I don't know the specifics about why it was claimed that the ALA lodged it unalterably in the brain, but hopefully whoever said that it was unalterable just at that point didn't have a solution so assumed that there was none. Thanks, I will no longer take that statement as a truth.
