P.S. One additional point I need to make is that I know that because I've been on antidepressants, I have at least six months of seratonin stored up in my brain to get me by for now. I'm not sure whether my cure is long term or not, and I think it will take at least six months or more off of Effexor to see if yeast was the only underlying cause of my depression. I know how insidious Depression is, though, so I wanted to add this point to keep from offering any false hopes.
