Sorry Molly to start this all up again, as I thought I had seen the last of it. It is the same as before. The palpitations started again last night and again this morning. When I feel the lump behind where the collar bones start I know I will get a palpitation. Weird isn't it. My cardiogram checked out ok, so I am not worried about that, and if I lie on my back I don't get the palpitations. I have read up on Colon Cleanses and saw some horrible, very graphic, photos of nasties that were produced. I definately wouldn't look in the toilet bowl. Yuck! That cleanse was far too expensive. I read in my coconut book that you can do a cleanse for three or seven days using lemonade. I could do that Friday Saturday and Sunday. Oxypowder was another site I looked into a few months ago. I liked the sound of that. No money at the moment, what with Christmas and the bad weather, which means very little income. I remember Trapper saying about lemon clearing mucus, and as I had two lemons I had two drinks with a lemon and a teaspoon of honey in hot water. I enjoyed both, but mucus is still there. It doesn't seem to be moving through my stomach, and the feeling is of being clogged from sinuses to stomach. I am oil pulling and taking my coconut oil as I now know it's not a coconut oil allergy. What is your recipe and the method using Epsom Salts , olive oil and grapefruit juice? That would certainaly be cheap enough even for me! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas
