I really dont use any preparation before LF, I dont even take orithine capsules as dr clark said its madatory to take, only thing I do different from regular 8oz OO (Olive-Oil) mix is I use double the amount, so instead of 8oz(1 cup) I use 16oz(2 cups) 8oz extra virgin olive oil and 8oz freshly squeeze red ruby graphfruit. it is little tough to drint it all at once, but you can move twice as much stones if you do!!! using 8oz oil I passed 2 quarter size stone, biggest stone I ever seen on my entire LF. I wouldnt recommend it to newbies tho
