Hi, Spirit
I had ultra sound done, all the organs came back perfect. I dont really eat any foods with preservatives , I mainly eat organic - 95%! And also, I do take fiber drink every once and awhile, I also tried milk of magnesia a few times, but it didnt seem to improve it at all...
Yesterday my chiropractor mentioned I could have a torn muscle in there....
I am not sure, but he gave me some cleansing tea just in case this has to do with intestine, so we will see if this will help.
