ok-    I will have to play that  SWF by ear - I will know on Sunday morning-  how long it takes to kick in- how long it lasts- how uncomfortable it will be-  by the way- i just read the post underneath mine-  pre-cleanse-  mentally I have been preparing but I  have not stopped anything-  eating raw fruits,  fats, chips, etc-  I will eat a last meal tomorrow evening around5- and take my lax tea around8-9 pm and see h ow that works-   if its anything like COrrectal  that will be fine-  I hate  stomach cramps in the night-  and take my SWF  around 4 am Sunday - bc thats what time i wake up for work during the week - hope I can stomach it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
