Hello GRZ,

You described your wife's oil pulling and her successes. Can you tell me which oil she's using? I too have perio pockets and receding gum line and don't know which oil may be best. I'm currently using coconut which I switched to after using organic olive oil which was turning my teeth yellow. I've only been pulling for 2 weeks too.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
