I found a combination of herbs and fibre then Oxypowder , then enemas to be by far the most effective (deep enemas being the best!).

Tis true that oxy doesnt work for some people, but Andreas did recommend it highly and some people with constipation cant tolerate fibre at all depending on constitution.

Oxy works well to liquidise contents of the intestine through the action of extra oxygen, so you literally dont see what comes out and Ive had some very strange and unpleasant smelling liquid I can tell you!

It really just depends on your constitution!
