Thanks. New to fasting and living in Texas. Several friends are first time fasting with me and all of us were cold. Hadn't read that anywhere so thought I would check in with the experts on behalf of the chilly gals.

One more question - is there any way to stop stomache from growling? It is starting to sound like a bad orchestra.

Thanks again! Day 3 is almost done. Down 9 lbs. Feel great. Still working on kicking the cigs but that will come - got the oil of cloves and trying that tomorrow.
