Thank you for spending some time to help me. I am doing a candida cleanse right now and have been doing it for about 20 days and I haven't noticed much on it. I mean I'm only 16 but I was many different anti depressants but I have been doing the program exactly like it says and it says it helps with chronic Depression but I don't really know that it is helping. It is a 4 month long program so I am going to finish it but I want to incorprate getting rid of the heavy metals to.
