Keep going!! You'll get out more stones and have relief. More stones are moving forward in the liver and ready to be 'released', let 'em roll.

I've released well over 3,000 in one year or doing the flushes every two weeks. Doing the ES in the morning always gets more stones out than without it.

How about trying the egg/ lime/ oil one during the week. I've been getting incredible things out, all kinds of sludge, parasites, stones, etc... I did three in a row and today I gave myself a day off as I'm whipped.

But back at it soon enough.
