While we all may gravitate to our favorites, I think it important to note that many believe that different oils have different beneficial qualities and could be indicated in different circumstances.

In addition, each of us, being in different states of health, of different metabolic, blood, glandular, etc. predisposition, may find one oil to be better than another almost instantly by feel.

That said, I really am doing extremely well with unrefined organic cold pressed sunflower oil. I continue to see visible improvement in my gums and teeth after pulling daily for some where around 8 months now.

I do use other oils from time to time; almond or coconut when I am at work, grapeseed or sesame when I am at home.
