I have suffered for years(14 years actually), persistant headaches and sore throats without any solution from our conventional medicine folks.
I chanced to get the book by Hulda Clark and I did my first Liver Flush yesterday. I had all kinds of concerns- would I fall ill, would there be any stones .. etc
And I substituted lemon for grapefruit.

I did pass out some 100 stones some of them 1-2cm in diameter. And I feel ABSOLUTELY great(this is just a few hours afterwards). At no
point did I have any discomfort, in fact at every stage, I was feeling better(epsom salt, oil drink). I have a question- how often can I do a liver flush??
In fact I want to do the next flush in a week or lesser. Is this OK?
