So would zeta potential explain why people in alternative healing suggest that drinking bottled water or highly mineralised water is not good for us? The cationic minerals interfering with the bodies ability to balance the colloidal structure of blood?

Im trying to find out which minerals are anionic and which others are cationic...

I would have thought that distilled water would be indiscriminate in its removal of minerals from the body and not only remove the 'inorganic' ones (which could be called cationic?) My friends practice has seen several people now with mineral depletion in which distilled water has been suggested as a cause...

This now confuses me, because I was a happy mineral water drinker! (in any case, better than tap).
And the ML drink...how does that fit into the equation, in terms of calcium hydroxide and its nature as either a cation or anion.

Sorry, Im kinda thinking and typing out loud incase anyone has any guidance for me.
Educating myself as I go. All very interesting!
