Sounds like your body has reached its tolerance for it.
I would not recommend doing a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) everyday, unless you
are fasting. It washes out the good gut flora which you
need when you are digesting anything like egg and oil etc.
I thought originally you were doing this once every two
weeks or something more than once a day for sure.

Drinking extra water will work to dilute the salt. There
are many considerations relative to the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) not working.
The biggest issue is lack of hydration. Sufficient hydration.
When MCing people who do not get in enough water and lemonade
have issues with it. I do not know of any statistics on folks
using it like you are. I would certainly be eating yogurt,
kefir or acidophilous after you are finished since you need
those critters to help with digestion.

I wish you luck~~and try not to worry. By tomorrow you
should be fine again...oh and sipping the water is preferable
to chugging so you do not overburden your kidneys...
