Hi Littlepaw, I just saw your question a moment ago, sorry I didn't see it sooner.

For all my previous to the egg Liver-Flush I used Clark's method, sometimes I would shift all the times forward an hour or so depending on my schedule. I've pretty much followed it to the letter.

But another member here sent me an email listing other oils that can be used with the traditional LF. So for the next one, I'll be using another type of oil.
