I did my 4th Liver Flush on Tuesday using 1 cup of olive oil, about 5 oz of sparkling mineral water and 2tbsp of lemon juice. The taste was horrible and I had to throw up around 3.30 am but the result was amazing. I could get about 1000 stones including about three golf ball sized stones, 20 walnut sized stones and so on.





I did not get candida symptoms this time after the flush. I am still getting the stones out.
