It sounds like you seek for the solution in the external world; but when you are really whole: you trust yourself! -- because you have the power to change your own life!
If you are healthy, & full of energy, then you feel strong -- & you trust yourself!

You lack the right hope! Our hope is primary, it is what we live for, & all our actions are caused by our hope.
If you can visualize the positive effects of what your consciousness wants to happen (i.e. to create your own hope!), then the only problem is to get your whole mind to agree on it.
& your feelings is your whole minds guid! So visualize really positive effects -- far into the future, & be like a child, visualize overly positive effects!
Edit: & don't forget to visualize the bad consequences too!
