I'm interested in making this. I've been looking around for "organic soft spring wheat berries" and would sure love to know if any of you have recommended sources. When it comes to understanding "berries", soft/hard, spring/winter, I am just not getting it.

I have been doing some research, but thought it might be quicker to ask those who are in the know!

And if you have knowledge in making rejuvelac, please do share!
