Does anybody know any excercizes that would increase my lung function? I have cystic fibrosis and have a lung function (FEV1) of around 40% so I am looking for ways to increase that number. So far running is the only thing that I have found that helps. I want to increase my lung function to upwards of 60% and I am willing to do anything to achieve that. I know it can be done.

Any suggestions?
