In the experience of myself and my family it does help with Candida. My sister-in-law, who suffers from Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and has battled Candida heavily for the last two years has finally gotten rid of it. She had such bad problems with the Candida...nothing helped her until she started oil pulling.

The symptoms you are experiencing may be die-off. If it is it should clear up in a few days or atleast start to get better. You may just have hit a new level of detox and old stuff is coming out. Give it some time. Coconut oil is wonderful for yeast and it is very anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and an antioxidant.
