Awlrighty then. Glad to here that you are surrounded by some health guerrillas. I might not be as entrenched in a specific group as you but you can bet that enough folks have seen the changes in me and have asked me for the recipe and have tried it or at least have opened their minds to what could be.

I want to encourage you  to write.  I can sense there is "a calling" in you to do this in your words and  demeanor. With your honest good doobie ways I think you will succeed and really help many folks on their path to take control of their health and live happier more fullfilling lives. Start small and get your feet wet writting articles for some of the Internet sites and maybe some of your local periodicals that some of the local health food stores have. Just make sure you copyright everything. Get your own domain and use that as your copyright notice on your articles so you can get some feedback.

Once you get your own domain your email will always be the same no matter who your actual local provider is anywhere in the world. You can create many alias email accounts so you can tell from what venue the emails are coming from.  The one thing I will advice you is to not post an actual email address/link on your website or it will be picked by one of the spambot spiders and you'll start getting craploads of spam. Learn how to set up and use Forms on your website. Many website hosts will provide you with free form editor to create you email forms for your site. I have dirt cheap website host that I have been using for years and been pleased with if your looking to get a domain name and site hosted. Lemme know and I'll send you their URL.
