I am interested in OPing but I thought it was just that. I did not realize after I do it, I have to rinse with a salt? I thought I was able to rinse my mouth as if I had just brushed my teeth?

I have read some of these posts and I did go to the one that explained but I guess I overlooked the rinsing. Where do I purchase this salt from? Do I need to do that? I am asking that because if I must, I will have to wait a few days before I can OP.
