I had between 1 to 2 litres of water. The last drink of water was before 2pm.
I had chinese food buffet the night before and drank water, milk and cranberry juice. For breakfast I had eggs and toast...can't recall what was for lunch. The regular day to day activities didn't vary with little exercise. To be completely honest, over Christmas Holidays I indulged myself!
