I'm supposed to take the Antibiotics also, but because of oil pulling this last year my gums are so healthy, the is no bleeding. On my last appointment last June, I had a bridge that had come loose taken off and re guled. With all the pulling and prying, there was no blood. The dentist was rather amazed. Also after 7 months of oil pulling prior to that appointment no plaque. My teeth and gums are so healthy, I have a appointment on Jan. 8 and I'm thinking of cancelling it. I'm really not intrested in destroying what I have going. Myself I am not worried about it any more.
