Sorry it has taken me while to respond. I may take between 1-3 weeks for you to feel the difference, but stay consistent, and if it is SIBO, you will have improvement. The HCl will help, but if you feel it is too much, drop the HCl and continue with the PO. Continue the candida-type diet, and things should improve. I felt much better after a week or two, but everyone is different, so don't get discouraged if it doesn't work that way for you.
