Unfortunately Z what happens when these articles hit the mainstream we get flooded with desperate dieters who think this is a weightloss diet. While the article does lightly touch on anecdotal comments from some fasters that got some other benefits the main gist of the story still is that the MC is a weightloss diet so that's the biggest overflow we'll get here from the article.

Hopefully since the word has been around a while now and some of those dieters have come here and educated themselves and have learned how fasting really works the word will still get out on MCs real purpose will not get totally obscured by the desperate dieters.
