This is so true- the Gerson Institute is based on organic juicing, vitamin therapy, restoring the thyroid and cleansing the liver...

At Christmas Dinner, I sat next to Charlotte - a firecracker at 84- she asked me if I was vegetarian (the "quiz") I said 99%, I volunteered that I still drank coffee - my only habit left- she got a little smile and raised her eyebrows and said "people DRINK coffee?" (ie referring to the coffee enemas that are part of the therapy!)

She is a firecracker and healthy! She has eaten organic and vegitarian her whole life 84 years- she is an example of healthy eating and longevity and vitality
