My sympathies are with you. I have suffered a recent loss myself. For some reason it is not intended for our bodies to last forever and the best that we can hope for is to pass in our sleep or in joy and satisfaction.

Both naturopathic and traditional medicine are aware of the effect of emotional difficulties on health and life. As a foot note, 50 percent of those over 50 who lose a spouse will also pass on within 2 years of such loss.
