All cleanses seem to work. When I started out I did Clark and several others mentioned under Cleanses. I prefer Dr. Kelly's because I can have my berries and cream for supper.
Concernedaunt uses the Hulda Clark one, but changed her OO (Olive-Oil) mixture to the one that is used under the coke flush.
So there are variations, but they all use the OO.
