I am sorry, but I consider the original post to be junk science. I certainly don't take it seriously. There was an old school of thought out there many decades ago that having sex the night before an athletic competition would adversely effect your performance the next day. Then they did lots of studies and found out that notion is completely bogus. I will only speak from a mans point of view. The amount of semen you have in your body in relation to other substances is incredibly small. The amount of energy it takes to replenish this is also small. It takes time and energy to replenish your bile supply but you never hear people worrying about it, or delaying meals because they think they might not have a full tank. People have been getting all wrapped up about sex since the beginning of time. Sex is the most important function of humans. We exist to pass along our genes. Too much sex is not going to hurt you physically. Males, especially as they get older, may take a while to "recover" before they can have another cllmax/erection, but there is nothing wrong with this. There are differences between males and females. This quote from the original post is bunk-
"An ejaculation should leave a man feeling as light and refreshed as a woman feels after cllmax- not exhausted, empty and uninterested in further sex"
cllmaxs are more draining to men. Men don't have multiple cllmaxs, women sometimes do. Each individual man has his own threshold. What may be potentially more problematic are other sexual issues such as addiction, or neglecting your wife for internet p 0 r n. But this has nothing to do with the original gist of the post that too much ejaculation causes discernable physical problems to a male.
