I think you're right about it sometimes feels worse at first.

Am at a real cross-roads of sorts. I MUST give it one last "college-try" and maybe try to WORK THROUGH the pain in order to strengthen my lower back. Exercises CAN help do that.

I just HATE being in pain, though. Don't you?

Oh, well. I heard that once your back is shot, it never is really ever the same and that has been my experience. Also, back sure does heal SLOWLY.

Took almost 3 1/2 yrs after 1st injury. Now........can't do any of the things I used to love to do, like gardening. Bummer.

Should buy STOCK in Icy Hot balm! (Love that stuff!) :O)
