I am one that leaves info in the books, in other words I don't remember everything I read. The sitz bath book is also one of the best woman's books ever written and in the back of that book he author explains about the moon cycles/conceptions, etc. I am presuming only the perfect health female would have a body that obeys the moons cycles.

I plan on making this a study book and for now it would take me some time to search it out.
