"No food" wasn't a problem at all ... I ate the crackers on Fri because of being at work and needing to be sharp with a killer headache, then relized it was the coffee addiction ... Sat and Sun were zero food and none today until after 1pm.

My only problem in this at all was the sleepiness. My body wanted to sleep constantly. Healing? You tell me.
