All I can say is hang in there. I refuse to take anything and of course I go through the same feelings of anxiety, paranoia, confusion, but I have to say at a much lesser degree than before. I really hate the anxiety that comes before the flashes the most followed by disrupted sleep. I'm hanging in there though, and will continue to cleanse my liver before it impacts the endocrine system that governs the reproductive system. So I know that over time, the discomfort will abate.
