A very good habit is to fast 1 day per week through the year!

I fail once off a 10 foot ladder while working to put up a attick trap door. I did not break anything, but I messed up my intestines and could not pass urine, so I ended up in the emrgency room because it was on a Friday night. I went to my chiropractor on Monday and was fixed, the md was calling Monday wanting to know why I was not getting a colon scope done!!!
