...so this is normal for short fasting ... I still opt for increasing length as time goes on ... dealing with issues in baby steps is working for me!!!

Days like Saturday and early Sunday morning make me wonder how on earth I will be able to work while doing this, though, and I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT WORK!

Feb, I'll shoot for starting on Thursday - Monday, hoping that the 5th day things will be ok. This because I'm feeling better this very minute than I have since before flushing all those dang liver flukes out, I think that was in Aug. It's been a rough ride since then. Falling out of the attic REALLY did a number on my liver, blood in stools, the whole 9 yards, but all that is healing now!!!
