That's a good bit of information, helps out a lot. Any recommendations for high quality organic or herbal (whichever) shampoos that can make my hair thick, shiny and strong? Recommendations for conditioners as well would be helpful.

Been trying to find alternatives for these things as well, suggestions for healthy, non-toxic, chemical-free alternatives would again be helpful:

1) Shaving Cream/Gel
2) Toothpaste
3) Dental Floss
4) Bar Soap (I use Dove, is that ok?)

Also, I desperately need to buy a high-end shower head filter. The Chlorine smell is ridiculous and god knows all the other bad stuff that is being absorbed and inhaled into my body. Suggestions for this would be greatly appreciated.
