A few minutes before Midnight I took 4 LBB capsules and at 12:00 I swallowed a Russian Light Therapy zapper, the future is orange juice, apple juice, pinapple juice, grapefruit juice... Lots of water therapy on the outside and ZERO water drank, I estimate I drink less than 1 gallon of plain water per year.

I plan to fast as long as I feel like it, I have zero set plans, I do plan on taking daily weight and allot of self-experimentation with the No Crash and Longevity Spices. I look forward to the day when the fast never stops and I have courage to just say no to all non-human foods...........
