Ok, I had sex about 10 days ago. The condom broke and I was in her for a few minutes unprotected. I couple of days later my testes were kinda painful. I went to the doctor and got looked at. After about 4 days no sign of herpes. Im on day 10 now, and have been taking Doxycycline for a few days. Is this is a common symptom of herpes? Aching testes? Would an outbreak be delayed if Im on Antibiotics ? So far Ive had no real burning or itching or painful urination. I know this most likely sounds like chlamydia or ghonnorhea but I just wanted to make sure. Any help would be appreciated.
