For a homeopathic remedy choice for an acute problem or a chronic condition in an acute stage I need a few strong right now symptoms.
For a chronic health problem I need the information below.

1.emotional issues,

answer:
frustration
occasional discouragement
procrastination issues
wishing for a baby


2.how your memory is, any phobias,

answer:
memory is good except for occasional return of unwanted memories

3.eye (dim vision, light sensitivity etc.)

answer:

I have some floaters and am near sighted.

4.any dizziness or head aches?
answer:

no dizziness but I do get headaches when I work too much or when overstressed

5.Foods you crave and foods that disagree,

answer:
I crave caffeine, dairy products, cookies, bread when stressed.

6.Stomach and digestion issues
answer:
No issues per se except for having a fat belly

7.about sleep (light, heavy, frequent waking )
answer:

my husband has sleep apnea so sometimes I wake up with the snoring. sometimes I wake up at night also to pee. Sometimes I dream A LOT and they are active dreams.

8.Joints, back, feet problems

none

9.Hair and Skin issues

answer:

hair is dry from winter, breakage.. few grey hairs

10.Bowel and urine issues

answer:
poop once a day, pee is good... if I go to work early then I have a hard time pooping and I get a headache. that happens rarely.

11.Menstrual cycle

answer:
This last one was really bad, irregular, painful.

12.Plus any other health issues you have right now

answer:
I need to lose the last thirty pounds for fat on my body, mostly my hips and belly.

And for each of the above what makes it better or worse, time of day (or night) it is worse or better

Most of these problems are worse at night, although sometimes I wake up with a dismal attitude about life.


If you want me to do a constitutional remedy I need to know at least the info below
