The quietness is the very beginning yes

Oh I am not suggesting you do any of what I described
But then again I am not saying not to
Just reporting my experience
and the differentiations I've made along the way

Each Path is separate

Remember I did 13 years of serious meditation
way overtrained! ;}

Yoga for 16 years now
and Kundalini for 4 years

At Christmas I went back to Self Realization Fellowship and
did a 4 hour Christmas Meditation
Quieting the mind is amust to
even stand yourself for 4 hours hehe- a slight exaggeration there
But with truth

The others did 8 hours and there are still others that did 24 hours
there was light raining down on earth
Amisdt all we rained light down to the earth


A slight misinterperation
They, the healees, have no
influence over my body
This is my intent that has my body zinging
with information

other see the illness and see the healing.

As I said I Am a feeler
It is how I diagnose
and then put my intent into the space
for them to release
I am aware of this (BTW it does not always happen some choose to keep their illness)
Remember Free will-
But the other has no control or influence
this comes with my intent to heal that is
feeling the illness and the releases

If my intent was to seduce
and I have had experience with healers
who for one reason or another held
the space of seduction
to exert power?
For what purpose beats me to have a little fun- I'm fun I guess

You can feel these things in the energy
My chanting had become positively
scintillating - so I can feel my pineal
vibrating in my head cavity
through the sinuses

Do I know what this all means
I Am evolving?
I am capable of healing!
I am mastering my intent

All the stuff from the masters is real..
