well; again..this may not be the answer you are looking for..lol
but; it is 1:11pm now, and i will try to drink lots of water, and am eating some brown rice w/bits of apple cut into it..i try to get alot in b-4 2pm..i already had some healthy, brown dry toast w/jam and a banana..ahhh, to have my favorite mocha...
