You should do a day of the master cleanse recipe, I mix 1/2 gallon of good water and 3/4 of a cup of lemon juice and 3/4 of cup of pure maple syrup. That is all you need to drink besides water. I have done the MC 18 times and it is a life saver, it will fix everything.
