Yesterday was day one of a 10-day plus MC. After around 3 pm, it was horrible! I spent most of the day in bed. I didn't even take my dogs out for a walk! I felt very nauseous and I had a horrendous headache. Then the heaving started...I couldn't keep down any water, let alone any of the Master-Cleanse drink.

I knew the symptoms would pass, and they did - I feel so much better today. It's weird, though....this is my ninth or tenth MC, and it seems like for the last few MC's, my detox symptoms have been concentrated in day one or day two, where before they seemed to be more spread out over the first few days. So lately, whenever I start a MC, I plan on taking the first three days off, just in case, since I don't know when the worst of the detox symptoms will hit.
